Clear delivery timing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–12 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, and remote-area delivery may take longer.

Standard tracked shipping is free. Any faster option and its price will be shown at checkout.

Tracking is emailed when it becomes available. If an order is materially delayed, contact us so we can investigate.

Returns & faulty goods

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind return requests made within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

The 30-day period does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality or materially different from their description. Australian Consumer Law remedies can apply for a reasonable time depending on the circumstances.

To start a return or report a fault, email auraflask.support@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

12-month voluntary warranty

For 12 months from delivery, the warranty provider will replace or refund an Aurabelt with an assessed manufacturing defect. This voluntary promise is additional to, and does not replace or limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to make a claim

Email auraflask.support@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item.

There is no fee to make a claim. Reasonable return postage for an accepted manufacturing-defect claim will be reimbursed.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
